Topps Seal® Base Coat all rubber elastomeric provides an economical foundation layer to Topps Seal® coating systems. The enhanced added adhesive package works with the permanently flexible rubbers to provide superior bonding. The Topps Seal finish coat becomes inseparable as these two layers meet and fuse together. The completed combination of elongation capabilities and tensile strength provide superior resistance to meet all climate and thermal change demands. The interlinking network of components unify into a seam-free, singly-ply layer of rubber that applies a virtual lock onto existing roofing membranes. The result: a highly elastic seamless top layer bound to the resilient foundation base layer, producing new weathering protection to existing roofs that can benefit from a maintenance procedure for extended roof life. Use Bondit™ bleed-through blocker first over bitumen. Specify Base Coat for EPDM/PVC applications.

Versatile and easily installed liquid Seam/RivetGuard™ seals most common site of water entry on metal; seams and fasteners. The liquid 100% rubber finds its way into the tiniest openings, blocking moisture entry. The elastic compound then leaves a seal at each joint, elongating and staying adhered for more action. Seam/RivetGuard quick application by airless sprayer eliminates the expense of being on hands and knees with tapes and makes it possible to put on an extra layer of protection on all joints where it may be needed. Remove your spray tip and cover each fastener using reduced pump pressure, or squeeze from a 2-liter pop bottle with a 6 mm. hole drilled from the top. The enhanced added adhesive package works with the permanently flexible rubbers to promote superior bonding and allow performance across all climates and temperature changes. Will not dry out or become brittle at cold temperature extremes.

Its maximized adhesive package produces the tight bond to the original roof which characterizes a System 5100 completed roof overlay, utilizing the existing roof as its base and eliminating costly unnecessary tear-off and replacement.

Heavily plasticized and fibered all rubber Polyprene makes repairs and can`t get brittle because it contains no bitumen or other vulnerable compounds. Versatile and easily installed between laps or anywhere that repair is required. Perfect where materials of differing coefficients meet and total flexibility is required. Replaces ordinary asphaltic cements with approximately 5x the strength and 10x the elongation. The unusual compound that provides a very high solid content also results in very minimal shrinkage and a high build at areas where a durable seal is typically needed most. Available both in heavy brush grade for general use, trowel grade for areas where a stiffer cement is required, and caulk cartridges for those difficult to get to areas. Applies quickly and easily with a stiff brush or rubber glove in one layer without threat of mud cracking. Ready to use with no mixing. Will not dry out or become brittle at cold temperature extremes. Use in conjunction with PolyCore™ reinforcing membrane where added reinforcement is needed. 1 liter covers 6 linear meters at 5 cm wide and 5 mm. thickness.

This economical alkaline based cleaner is as perfect for heavy duty jobs as it is for use in regular cleaning. A simple change in concentration turns the formula into a cleaning powerhouse suitable for most any project. Proven effective in so many every day and industrial applications, this cleaner cuts through grime across a variety of conditions. This complex make-up combines 10 ingredients – twice that of ordinary cleaners. Three uniquely different surfactants and an active wetting agent carry the cleaner deep in between dirt particles, where it rapidly begins to dissolve the grease, oil, and other airborne pollutants which bind grime to surfaces. The dirt then releases as particles suspended in water, where it simultaneously is removed while washing, without requiring a rinse in most applications. Start with 118-177 ml. per liter of clean water when using a power-wash. Use more where needed. Apply full strength direct to heavier soiled areas such as warehouse floors, roofs or pavement and scrub with a stiff brush prior to flushing it away.

Bondit allows for instant compatibility of Topps Seal® solvent based products over stable black bituminous systems for resurfacing them with rubber durability and the Topps Seal Energy Star® protective layer. Its tenacious adhesive bond to asphalt bitumen on the bottom side also becomes a barrier to asphalt to prevent discoloring the finish coat. The strong chemical affinity of Bondit to Topps Seal on the top is inseparable, making the system complete. Bondit dries in as little as 2 hours for quick project completion.
